Great deal. Also recommend getting a high endurance SD card since it’s only a few bucks more but it’ll last longer. Normal ones can wear out quickly because of the read/write cycles
Yes you should get a bigger SD card if possible, ~64-128 gigs optimally as they're reasonably cheap up to that point, 256 gets really expensive real quick, and most importantly buy the "Endurance" model and only from a reputable manufacturer like SanDisk or Samsung, as they get overwritten a LOT.
The smaller the SD card- the more it is overwritten and the faster it'll die, the same goes for resolution- 1080p cams will overwrite a lot less than 1440/4k one's will, and will kill the SD card slower (all flash storage has a set amount of overwrites before they die/corrupt).
Since this is for your safety, don't cheap out on it, an extra 10$ might be worth it, as you may not even realize the SD card died a few weeks ago after you desperately need the footage after an accident.
And basically all dash cams, even cheap 2$ one's off AliExpress generally overwrite automatically, it's what sets them apart from just being regular camera's.
