This is the gold standard in my area. With a second person, you can set this up in 5-10 minutes and take it down faster than that. If you're experienced with putting these up, you can do it by yourself in that much time

The net itself is held by stakes. The holes are a couple centimeters in diameter so they really don't cause any damage. However, if you play in the same area consistently, you will kill the grass due to players stepping on it in the same place repeatedly.
