100lbs glossy text paper (40lb bond) is roughly 150GSM, which is well within the rated capabilities of all but the cheapest consumer-class laser printers, or inkjets with stand-up rear paper trays.
Without knowing your projected print volume or budget, on the low end, I would recommend either a Canon-based color laser (so, Canon themselves, or HP, which is just re-badged Canon handware), or if you'll be doing more photo-heavy prints, a Canon or Epson tank-based photo inkjet. For the laser, an example model would be the Canon LBP632cdw ($249); for inkjet, the Canon PIXMA G620 ($299). The laser will be a bit more costly to run, but will give you consistent output and reliable paper handling for years and work better in harsh environments or if printing is very intermittent; the inkjet will do slightly better photo quality and be a bit less cumbersome to run, albeit possibly prone to clogging if you're not printing with it often enough.
Beyond that, if this is more for a one-off or very occasional need, you might consider your local Staples or FedEx Kinkos, who use commercial-grade machines that may also off folding, so you don't have to do that manually.
