I have several of the Icefang harnesses, and they're really good quality. I have a variant of that specific harness for one of my pet dogs and it's SOLID. Unfortunately, as you noticed, it doesn't have any attachments for a handle, or really any way to add them.

Edit: they do have a variant with a basic grab handle, if your dog is tall enough and you're short enough.
