I haven't seen that connector in a while let alone on anything FPV-related, so I'd guess your odds of finding a camera/VTX with that connector already on it are pretty low. Your best bet would probably be to buy an FPV camera/VTX rated to 3S or higher voltages and just solder on some JST SM connectors if you really want to use those batteries.
As for recommendations, what's your use case? FPV video systems range from tiny camera+VTX AIO units that weigh a few grams to larger long-range setups that require lots of power and active cooling, not to mention any of the newer HD digital stuff (BTW, I wouldn't necessarily recommend either of those links, just stuck with amazon to find cheap examples).
