I don't care for the winding up ones like that. I use the one that slide on like the one below. It's easy to use and I never have to fidget with the toothpaste when there's 1/4 left unevenly distributed along the tube. I'm not trying to squeeze the very last drop out, I just don't want to be playing around crumpling the tube in my hand to squeeze the rest out. The squeezer makes it so that the toothpaste is always ready to go with no warmup fiddling around. It flattens and slides up the tube very easily too.
