I've been using this the last few years and works well for me (type 1 just redness/flushing)

Couldn't find the exact bottle I've bought. Mine says +Licorice Extract. Bottles seem to last a long time though. Only use this and Differin for dark spots under my eyes (years of working nights)

Beyond that just staying hydrated with lots of water helps keep my issues under control
