It seems you were looking at the outdated 2017 edition of the Arctis 3 Bluetooth. There's an updated 2019 edition. But it seems it has two Amazon listings:

And just to avoid any future complications: Be aware that Bluetooth is not intended for gaming. By its very protocol design, it's only intended for music or calls. For gaming, the Arctis 3 should be connected via the included 3.5mm cable.

If you want a wireless gaming headset, do NOT buy an Arctis 3 Bluetooth. Buy one of the 2.4Ghz wireless Arctis ones instead.
