I have a silgranit 70/30 split sink which I think is just about perfect. Can lay quarter sheet baking trays and our large pans down flat but there's still a small sink with a separate drain to wash hands or vegetables if something is soaking or someone is doing dishes while someone else is meal prepping.

It also cleans up beautifully and if we ever have to move I'm going to have to redesign the kitchen to have this sink again.
