For solo? Sure. I've done that with a similar stove as a PocketRocket and I find it's perfectly adequate. I did add the luxery of a stand with makes it much safer in my opinion, and a propper wind screen.
The only real concern is that you'd want a pretty decent skillet that has some heat distribution if you want to really cook. Problem with compact stoves is that the heat is distributed in a small spot, A lightweight skillet from titanium or aluminium barely spreads that heat out over the skillet's surface so you get a very uneven cooking surface. (bye the way, cast iron, despite popular believe, also has very bad heat distribution)
Only downside is that you need a a higher number of gas canisters if you cook a lot so from that perspective, it does make more sense to get a system that can use higher capacity gas bottles like a stove with a flexible fuel line. But I doubt you'd use more overall fuel.
