13 pieces is a hell of a lot. I dont even have room in my kitchen for all that. Or the rest of my house for that matter. I can guarantee most of those you will use once or twice and never again. I have been cooking daily for 10+ years on a copper/stainless mauviel and before that cast iron. I would suggest like the other guy to spend the money on things you will actually use.
These sets look like walmart specials to me. Not bad at all they are stainless, but more a wedding gift kinda thing. I would go with a Mauviel frying pan and add on what you need from there. You dont really need 13 frying pans each one an inch bigger than the last. I am wildly happy with my Mauviel. It is $224 now but I got it on sale for $120. It will surely come down for christmas.

You will surely not need 6 saucepans each one 1 qt heavier than the last. I got one with a steamer on top 3qt made by weight watchers for $30. It works as a steamer, saucepan, pasta boiler, and even a mini frying pan in a pinch. Its out of stock but there are plenty like it all over amazon.

Here is something similar from Oster

I have a bigger steamer that I use weekly, as well as a big stock pot for soup. I use the Weight Watchers 3qt saucepan instead of the big stock pot for about 5 years now. Instead of making a big pot of soup and reheating it everyday, I just make it fresh once or twice a week.
My uncle was trained as a professional chef and he told me long ago just use one pan. The rest will end up being clutter. He was right I think, it helps to keep the kitchen clean cause instead of grabbing another pan just use the one you always use.
