I would say this is not a simple switch scam. In a simple switch scam, only 1 ASIN is active & selling, and the old one would disappear. However, in this case, both listings are active and selling on Amazon!

It's a BRAND NEW black technology that somehow "mirrored" reviews from B07FXZ4WMY without affecting B07FXZ4WMY, and I would assume Hallmark won't know that their precious authentic Amazon reviews have been "mirrored" by B0BBRXBK28. That is the first weird thing
The 2nd weird thing is ASIN B0BBRXBK28 claimed "ADA Accepted" on the product photo. However, if you search on ada.org here:

You won't find their product name, "Teeth Whitening Strip," or even their brand name, "neolumix", so they scammed customers by falsely claiming "ADA Accepted."
3rd weird thing is when you look at the detailed seller information here:

The seller's last name is "Koblov," which is most common in Russia if you search on Google. There is good reason to believe Russian hackers are involved in this scam and provided the seller with some advanced technology and "mirrored" over 5,000 five stars perfect reviews from another listing.
Fourthly, and weirdest of all, Amazon allowed such a scam to continue on amazon, that not only scammed reviews but also falsely claimed "ADA Accepted" and even didn't accept a report of violation at all...
