If you are below 40 and care about style, I'd go for a different type of boot. The ones you picked are absolutely fine, don't get me wrong - just commenting in case it matters to you. They are just more "outdorsy" than what many men would wear day to day in the city.

I live in the north, though, snow is more of a 2-7 days/ year thing. But going for a walk, I'd wear something like that, no need for the hiking boots to make an appearance. ;)
