Now that I know which brand/model, I see that the stand is actually an add on item. Looking at the feet arrangement from your photo, one appears to be round and ~maybe~ hard rubber? The front most likely is hard plastic?

Being the stand is an add on, you could remove the piano and put rubber pads where it screws to the two brackets. Won't fix it all, though. Good starting point. It may introduce a bit of movement, though. Something to experiment with.

The other part is getting it off the carpet....you're going to hate this. I would place the piano on patio stones (12x12x at least 1.5 inches) Then I would replace those feet on the bottom with sorbothane hemispherical feet. The idea being to reduce the contact are that can transmit the thumps. Just make sure you don't exceed the floor loading. Those stones run 60 to 90 pounds each.

Something like this:

Low frequencies are the worst to stop. It usually takes huge amounts of mass, or complete physical decoupling. In commercial buildings large air handlers are connected to the duct work through a thin and almost floppy rubberized connector that is several inches long so the low frequency vibrations are not transmitted.

BTW - the pedals should only make noise if you allow them to spring up by sliding your foot off of them when they are depressed....Yamaha should know better. However, it doesn't look like any manufacturer has addressed this problem.
