I'm gonna add - if you overpronate (roll your feet inward naturally) get these inserts.

Don't waste your money on dr scholls, they're garbage. I've had what I thought were flat feet my entire life, and this past year I went to a podiatrist to replace some 20 year old custom inserts that got destroyed by a friends dog. She explained that my feet aren't that flat, but I do roll them, yada yada. Anyway, she pointed me towards these and how they are far superior to anything you can buy at the drug store, and recommended I just wear these instead of getting custom inserts (literally her job to make those and sell them), in combination with compression socks.
And I gotta say, wearing the compression socks ALL week, not just once my calves started getting fatigued, was a game changer. The inserts are pretty rockin too. Do both, love yourself, feel less fatigue.
