(Edited to add more items - can you tell I use Amazon a lot?)
Constantly! Some of it is junk, but you can return that stuff with no issues. I've certainly ordered things that turned out to look cheap in person, or feel really terrible, or fit awkwardly. But I've also had a lot of success. Obviously if you know the brand, it's pretty safe (especially with purses and shoes - lots of random brands on there that I am usually skeptical about), but here are some of my favorites by brands I was not familiar with:
This purse is what I'm currently using. Less than $30 and I love it. Perfect size for me and I get lots of compliments. Zero issues with quality so far.
This ring is something I stumbled upon randomly and was really pleased with. Doesn't even turn my finger green! And looks expensive!
This dress is casual and comfortable. Perfect for the summer. Seriously love it.
Another dress that I got this summer. Really comfy, plus pockets! Very loose fit like in the picture, but I like how it drapes on my body.
These sandals are very basic but cute. I have to have backs on my shoes at work (no flip flops basically) so these are great for summer. Obviously no arch support, but overall surprisingly good quality and comfortable.
More sandals that I love. Also no arch, but these are shockingly comfortable because of the braided, thick straps. They got a little scuffed around the bottom edge, but I still love them and wear them a ton!
This kimono is cute and comfy! Purchased for some protection from the sun in the summer.
I also have more than one of this skirt. It fit me so well and was pretty opaque, so I got excited and decided I needed a few for the summer!
These palazzo pants are similar - I have two! I get so many compliments on them, and they're so comfy!
Also great place to find ugly Christmas sweaters! Got this for my boyfriend and this for myself.
I also have some boots and a trench coat from Amazon that are currently not available on there, but they're awesome and were not expensive at all! With Amazon Prime, I take chances a lot. I've probably returned at least half of the clothing I've purchased on there, but we have a UPS drop box in my office, so it's easy to do!
As someone else mentioned, I don't buy anything that has zero reviews. That's a little too risky for me. I usually sort at least 3 stars and up, if not 4. With prime, you certainly can take chances on something with no reviews, but I think the odds that it will work out if you don't know the brand AND have no reviews to go off of are probably pretty low!
