This is the set I have and it’s awesome. Basically plastic, cheaper version of what you linked but it works great and has everything I need. The extras in the more expensive set you’re looking at are nothing I personally would use.

Never heard of “kootek” before 😂 but it’s quality stuff. The turntable is very necessary to ice cakes properly.
