Amazon is the main place that I'd go to. However, if you're looking for a specialty store, the main one that comes to mind that isn't a total scam would be the Canadian company Fire and Steel.
Do note however that they only have the metal version of Scathach's spear. Their foam version of Cu's Gae Bolg is significantly cheaper.
