If it's this (https://www.amazon.com/Canson-Pen-Ink-9X12-60SH/dp/B07H9H333V?th=1) then it's 60 lb paper. It might, MIGHT, work if you're only doing dry-on-dry techniques. Anything slightly damp and that paper will buckle like a belt. Even 140 lb wood pulp paper doesn't hold up well to wet washes without proper stretching first and then it's still not great.

Watercolor is manageable on 140lb cotton paper. If budget is a concern, Fabriano's fat pad which is a wood-cotton blend can be found for around $20 in the US. (https://www.dickblick.com/products/fabriano-studio-watercolor-fat-pad/) I've used that for making non-archival art and it handles it well (and I do watercolor and line-and-wash art). The only drawbacks are the mold pattern on the paper is a little rough and it doesn't handle frisket well.
