I don't know your budget but I'm proposing some alternatives to your Amazon list.
Canopy. I bought this canopy 3 years ago. 2 camping festivals, 3 week-long camping trips, dozens of of weekend-long camping trips, and a few yard parties and this canopy is still going strong. The canvas is just now starting to show a slight bit of wear from the alligator spring clamps that I use to hang tapestries.
Battery operated string lights. Unless you are really set on the globe style lights, the ones I bought for last year are almost the same length and cheaper. I just bought 2 more sets so that I can line my "doorway" and make a chandelier next year. And I'm still running on the same batteries that I put in back in June after 2 festivals and the other stuff I've done since June.
Tapestries. My go-to suggestion is to buy your tapestries onsite or through actual tapestry artists. Etsy is a good place for that. Those can be pricey though so I bought a 6 pack of cheap queen size flat sheets to line my EZ up until I built up my tapestry collection and it has worked well so far. The ones I linked are currently sold out but you could buy them at yard sales, at Good Will, or any discount site and they'll work well enough.
Other items to consider: tarps (all the tarps!), a hanging shoe organizer to keep your site organized and your shit off the ground, a rubber mallet with a stake puller, and a collapsible table.
