The Fluance RT82 for $300 is a good value. For the price of the RT85 you can get the better new improved Pro-ject Debut Carbon EVO.
For the best value what is a nearby town or zip to search for used options?
Pass on the digitally controlled amp powered Fluance speakers if you want an all analog setup for analog vinyl.
Analog stereo receiver: Sony STR-DH190 $149 with Bluetooth and a built in phono stage preamp with adjustable gain.
Or if there is also a TV in the room, an AV receiver: Denon AVR-S650H-R $399 $329 with a built in phono stage preamp.

Floor standing towers and you don't need to buy or build speaker stands:
Or 5x speakers for the AV receiver:
Or 3x speakers for the AV receiver: Best to get the matching center speaker while it is available. Add most any brand side surrounds later, they don't need to match the front speakers brand or model line.

The Denon S760H can only do 7 channels, so 5.1.2 at most for Atmos. Bouncing Atmos on the ceiling has some mixed results and aren't generally recommended.
I'm not sure of your entire budget. The Klipsch set I saw on Amazon was $375. Personally, I'd consider a 5.0 set like these Jamos for $147 and add a good sub. Like a $400+, <20Hz if your budget can stretch. The SVS July 4th sale is coming up for their 'Outlet' subs. If your budget is really tight, I'd take a Dayton Audio SUB-1200 for $179 over the Klipsch sub.
The small basic inexpensive Onkyo home theater in a box speakers are the sound quailty bottleneck.
If you are looking for better sound quailty then upgrade the basic inexpensive plastic Onkyo home theater in a box speakers first since the speakers are the sound quailty bottleneck, not the turntable.
5x speakers for under $200:
Or start with a better pair of speakers and add a matching center speaker later, keep using the Onkyo speakers for side surrounds or upgrade those later too and they don't need to match the front speakers:
Then later upgrade the subwoofer:
Just something for you to check out if on a tight budget.

5x white Jamo Studio Series S 803 5.0 speakers $147 on sale don't cost that much more than buying just the pair of the S 803 speakers. Then you have an extra pair for another room or 5 speakers for an AV receiver for a TV in addition to 2 speakers for the turntable or sell the 3 extra speakers.
