I have this setup with a pair of (non bluetooth) Audio Technica ATH-ANC7b Noise reduction over the ears, to great effect. For me noise reduction is important. I'm contemplating the Bose Quite Comfort 15s.

The MW600 allows you to store 3 pairings, so you can readily switch between different audio sources.
Near the computer, in the same room, there are no dropouts at all. Through a wall I will get an occasional dropout if I have the dongle behind the computer. That was solved by connecting the dongle on a USB hub on my desk surface (where there was less electronics interfering with the signal).
I'm no audiophile but the audio quality is great to my ears, in full stereo.
The main point is that the Sony Ericsson MW600 frees you from limiting your headphone choice to bluetooth headphones.
