I have this amp

I also have a hard power switch

So the plan was to have the hard power switch hardwired to the master/slave strip with everything plugged into that (PC master). Then an arcade button on the back to power down/ windows shutdown.

But now you have me thinking I don’t need a master slave strip. I just need a regular power strip hardwired to the power switch... the computer will be plugged into one and will have the arcade button to shut it down. Everything else can stay on (monitor and amp) or I can just use the power switch to shut it all down after the computer has shut down with no really no impact.

Am I think about this right?
