Hmm, not sure why mine has an issue.
It is a somewhat custom setup.
Power comes from POE ethernet connected to a POE splitter outputting power with a USB-C port which powers the hotspot and outputting ethernet to provide the connection from the hotspot to the Google WiFi points we’re using.
Google Wifi Point —-> POE Injector ——Attic—> POE Splitter —-> USB-C Power to Nighhawk and ethernet to Nighthawk
Maybe the spitter is not quite providing the power required by the hotspot although I feel like it should. This is the splitter I use
