It sounds like 64gb would be a great option for you. I have the 64gb version, I’ve never worried about space and I do all the things listed above. I actually have a couple rows of games (including large consumption games) and over 700 photos, 100 videos and I’m just breaking half my storage.
Although, if you do end up getting the 64gb version and find that you need more space, there’s always external hard drives/storage devices that would come in handy especially with the new USC-C input.
Some affordable storage devices to consider (if needed):
SanDisk 256GB Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C
SanDisk 500GB Extreme Portable SSD
SanDisk 64GB Ultra USB Type-C Flash Drive
SanDisk - SDDDC2-128G-G46 128GB Ultra Dual Drive USB Type-C - USB-C
No sd card slot, you can only use a usb-c drive with it. You can also send gcode directly to the printer if you connect it to the internet. If you want to use a USB drive this should work well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01EZ0X55C?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
