My 2 year old recently got over the exact same thing.

I had her blow her nose every so often, and I used the Nose Frida to suck the snot out on a regular basis.

I put a flat body pillow under the head of her jed.so that way the sinus drainage drained down and didn't stuff her nose up as bad at night.

I gave her these cough drop suckers for kids. These seemed to help alot.

And I gave her this cough medicine every night before bedtime, along with a cough drop sucker.
