BenQ G series don't support 144hz. You bought a 60hz monitor, not a 144hz. You need to get at least a X series monitor, like this one

edit: I didn't read the full post. There's quite a significant and really noticeable difference on the blurrines on your movement. I don't really understand why you went back to 60hz after using 144hz, I guess you might have just not used it in the first place. Shit happens.
