But I guess similar principles so thanks a bunch. Ya I was rotating my chicken leq quarters for the chicken tandoori and it worked out well. I found rotating the entire grill 180 degrees every few minutes was best. Maybe I can put the charcoal on 2 sides actually and quarter rotate every few minutes. Probably easier.
Ya I started with full chimneys at the start. Full 4 lb. Was literally touching my food lol. Since then, I use less and get better results. I find 800 g or 2 lb pretty much cover the bottom in a single layer.
How do you use tinfoil? Wrap food in it or put it under food?
