While I love bright ideas the prices for the grow lights are a bit high. Best bang for your buck are these 50W COB LEDs from Amazon, I have a ton of them and they work great. 2 pack of the pink high PAR ones for $49: https://www.amazon.com/FECiDA-Waterproof-Equivalent-Spectrum-Greenhouse/dp/B07TL9VFD4

They pull 50W at the wall, they are fanless so totally silent, IP67 waterproof so doesn't matter if they get wet when misting, they come with hanging hardware & are bright as hell. Also available in day-like full spectrum if you don't like pink (no difference between the square and round case besides shape, specs are identical): https://www.amazon.com/FECiDA-Waterproof-Sunlike-Spectrum-Succulents/dp/B07W6LNW3W
For long shelving I have these tube ones from Barinna (6 pack, 4'): https://www.amazon.com/Barrina-Equivalent-Spectrum-Linkable-Integrated/dp/B07PBGRGCB?th=1

I grow everything in my apartment under artificial light, if you look at my profile there is a ton of examples. Anything not pictured on the patio is indoors under one of those lights.
I've been growing stuff indoors under light for over a decade and I'm happy to help you figure stuff out if you need. Everything from peppers and groundcherries to datura and brugmansia and all kinds of typically outdoor stuff plus a bunch houseplants.
