2nd Photo - "Dome Head Rivets" are what hold that name plate on. Others have suggested pop rivets which are a suitable replacement. You need to measure the hole in the part to determine the correct size to buy. Really no need to remove them though, all they do is hold the ID plate on, there won't be anything under it. If you really want to keep it as close to original as possible then example of flat head ones here - https://www.amazon.com/450Pcs-Aluminum-Assortment-3mm-20mm-Length/dp/B08F26NLHX they do the same job but are easier to install without special tools. Cut to length and hammer them. Id suggest not removing it though, or going with a cheap pop rivet kit if you do, so much easier. https://www.amazon.com/ENGINDOT-Riveter-Tool-Free-Durable-Plastic/dp/B09JP2DH6D Stuff shank in gun, stuff end in hole, crank handle until it goes pop.
