Corsair's RGB stuff can be a real PITA to configure and they have their own proprietary connectors (Jay from JayzTwoCents has mentioned this many times), so, purely for that reason, I'd look at a different brand of RGB fans and cooler.

EKWB 360mm AIO Cooler Elite for $190 on Amazon would be more suitable for a 5950X.

That motherboard has 2 M.2 slots (one is Gen 4, the other is Gen 3), so, might as well make use of both. Crucial P5 Plus 500GB as your boot drive and a 2TB Crucial P3 as your gaming NVMe SSD. It might cost $20 more but having games on a separate drive to OS does help loading times.

This Fenvi 802.11ax WiFi 6E Card seems to have much higher connection speeds than that Gigabyte one and is the same money.

I've used TheUnitySoft for Windows activation keys 10+ times and haven't had a problem when the instructions are followed. Saves you about $100 too. GVGMall is also really good for Windows keys. You can download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool directly from Microsoft on to a USB.

Arctic P12 PWM Case Fan 3-pack will do the job well - my PC has 4 of the non-RGB P12 PWM PST fans and they do a great job. The 6-year warranty is also nice. This upHere ARGB fan hub, to save frustration and cabling, is $12 and the Hub would connect to the motherboard to regulate both the ARGB and fan speeds. You can also connect up to 6 fans on the Hub, so, room to expand should you need it.
