Yes, Puraflame is extremely cheap. I'm guessing this is the unit you're talking about I don't like it at all, it's ugly and it's a piece of crap. I wouldn't want anything of this quality on my showroom floor. Now, you want to see quality? Here are some review videos from one of the dealers I work with on a daily basis. Like I said, you get what you pay for. There are no shortcuts.
