The Aukey 1080p cam is probably the most budget I'd go. I know a few people that have it and it work. Checks all of your boxes.

For basic needs, I think the recommended one is the Aukey dashcam. For two reasons...first, Aukey makes a ton of different consumer products so they have more experience in the area and decent quality control. Second, these are a lot more common and I haven't read too many complaints.
