I just want to be careful because I am out of my league here. I don't know what is necessary, how it works, how to dose it, etc. etc. etc.

There is a product I am considering, it is on Amazon, many pet owners and cancer patients use it but to be honest, I'm not sure what it is supposed to do, specifically.

I am not sure if this is supposed to kill cancer, boost the immune system or what it does.
