SuperSpeed USB 20Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 2x2) is a mostly dead standard. No USB4 or Thunderbolt 3 host or device on the market supports SuperSpeed USB 20Gbps.

Note the adapter you listed above requires you to have a Motherboard and CPU that support SuperSpeed USB 20Gbps.

If you are sure your devices support it, I believe most front panel adapters should just work with either SuperSpeed USB 20Gbps and SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps. This is because both use the same signalling. It’s possible to forgo one of the 2 high speed pairs on the device side but not the host side to my understanding. So it should just work with any USB C adapter.

If you want to interface with a SuperSpeed USB 20Gbps device at full speed and if your motherboard doesn’t support the maximum speed, PCIe cards are always available.

Note that SuperSpeed USB 20Gbps will be limited on all USB4 and Thunderbolt 3 devices to USB 10Gbps until devices adopt the USB4 V2 spec which mandates that USB 80Gbps support a minimum of 20Gbps of SuperSpeed USB.
