Get the B+ board alone ($35), and buy any accessories you need separately. I'd personally recommend you get simple case, like this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MQWQT0A

Plus any of the following things that you don't already have around the house:

• A micro-SD card. (Doesn't have to be large or fast. Even 2 GB is enough.)
• A micro-USB power adapter.
• An HDMI cable.
• An Ethernet cable.
• A USB keyboard and mouse.

Nice bonuses, but not essential:

• A USB to TTL serial cable.
• A GPIO breakout. (Make sure it's for the larger 2x20 pinout used by the B+; a lot of the 2x13 cables won't fit.)
• A JTAG adapter. (Hard mode.)

Avoid:

• Heat sinks. (Unnecessary and silly.)
• USB wireless adapters. (Much more annoying to configure than the built-in Ethernet.)
