Tried it with my PSEye (ps3 camera)

Odin gives a popup for it:

Omnivision Technologies, Inc. USB Camera-B4.09.24.1 is attached

but the Google camera app doesn't recognize it. (Don't have ppsspp installed, or an invizimals iso to test. Did Try it with eyepet on my phone, and ppsspp gold didn't recognize my camera)

You can try a real webcam or one like this Kano Webcam and see.
