I got the Yootech Premium Motorola Google Nexus 6 Tempered Glass Cover on sale on Amazon along with a Nexus 6 about a month ago, and would recommend it. It's a little smaller than the plastic screen protector that is on the phone out of the box, but it's great quality.
I bought this one back in January. It fits great and has absolutely zero halo effect.
I ended up getting http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NWL33OO
It's a thin glass panel, and seems to be really good. The only issue with this is that the N6 has a curved screen and the protector is flat, the width of the glass just barely reaches the both edges of the display area of the screen, so there is basically zero tolerance for left-right offset. When applying, you may want to have it displaying a white background so you can line it up.
I've been using this since day one and it's marvelous.

What's the halo affect?
I purchased this one and now I'm worried: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00WP6BPOC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00
