This looks promising! I see that this connects to the rapid fire, but I'm still a bit confused about how it connects to the monitor. Does the monitor have a port that takes in a video signal (from the wire soldered to the pad)? If so, do I not need a monitor that has a built in receiver?
Also, I'm curious about whether or not a basic monitor like this is sufficient to power an AXII Duo patch antenna. How can I find out whether or not I can use them together?
As of right now, I'm planning on using a circular polarized antenna with the VTX. On the receiver end, I either get a monitor and replace the built-in antenna with a directional patch antenna or I get the patch antenna with a rapid fire module plus the board with a video out pad and a monitor that can connect to it, right? If the receiver monitor can both be modified to use the patch antenna and also take in a video signal from the rapid fire, I might just get it all so I have options. Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks mate.
