The 8bitdo is a budget arcade stick for a reason, while it's stick and buttons will get the job done for many and it's a good beginner stick for those who are on the fence about whether they want to stick with it and get good, they aren't the same parts, or the same quality, you are gonna find in other more expensive sticks. If you absolutely love the stick, and are planning on using an arcade stick going forward, then you should look into replacing the stick and buttons on it with either Sanwa or Seimitsu parts.
