OK, thank you for clarifying. Yes, that sounds like a very good idea. I use fishtank lights for some delicate ferns, mosses and clubmoss. Very effective. If the light works, you use it. I also use regular old white under cabinet lighting for violets and jades. 95% of the time, the "full spectrum" marketing is nothing but BS.

The Monios lights are perfect. I have delicate sinningia growing under them, hardy cacti and even spiders growing under them in different areas and all the plants thrive under these lights. I know many people can't stand the fuchsia color, but they work 100x better than the "sunlight" bulbs.
