There is a Skill that claims to be able to track packages, but it looks like you need to link your email address to it. So if you order something and are receiving shipping updates via email, the skill will pull the info from the emails you receive and relay to your Alexa device. Seems a bit invasive for my preferences.

There's also skill for UPS, but I don't beleive any such thing exists for FedEx.
