Multivitamin - I take this one from New Chapter. They've got an excellent reputation, and none of their daily values go over 200% so you're not getting a ton of shit your body won't use. It also has Stress/Energy support blend, cardio support blend, and an immune support blend. Everything comes from "culture media" which means its from a live source, not some horseshit lab grown vitamin.
Probiotic - I love this one from Garden of Life. Another supplement company with an excellent reputation. The gut is your second brain and should be treated with love lol changing the bacterial profile in there can legitimately improve your health and life.
Cordyceps mushroom - Boosts energy by helping your body utilize available oxygen, as well as improving your metabolism, so energy improvement on two fronts. It comes from the Himalayas where people have used it for high altitude labor for a long time. That brand is Paul Stamets company (the mushroom master, watch his episode on Joe Rogan to have your mind blown) and everything comes from the best commercially grown mushrooms out there.
Lions Mane Mushroom - One of the few supplements that have seriously changed my life. They actually engage what's called "neurogenesis" where your body builds new nerve tissue. Personally it helps my memory, mood, and energy on the regular. I also started taking it when I was pretty depressed last year and I actually felt the first dose massively alleviate that.
5-HTP - I take this 2-3 times a week leading up to the festival and have it on deck for after I've come down off of a roll while there. It helps with mood in general as it's a building block for serotonin. My working theory is that taking it leading up to the fest leaves me with a bigger bank of it to draw on when party favors get involved. I take the one I linked and usually break them in half. If you're a pot smoker the combination of 5-HTP and some dabs/a joint will get you seriously fucking high lol.
Magnesium - crucial crucial crucial. Most people are magnesium deficient and it'll help with a number of things from sleeping better to not grinding your teeth while rolling. No specific recommendation for this one, the one I bought are horse pills so I don't wanna send you that way lol

Turmeric - great anti-inflammatory, basically the more ways you can reduce inflammation the better you'll feel overall
CoQ10 - an enzyme, honestly not sure what exactly it does. It's on rollsafe's list of supplements so it's in my little bag.
