Some sound advice in here. This is the mouse I use for PoE and it's been spot on, I use the two side buttons for flasks 1 and 2 and the left, up and right on the joystick/rocker for flasks 3, 4 and 5.

I got myself a nice, ergonomic office chair from Argos too but I can't find a link for that right now, it really helped though.
