I have around a $500 (maybe 600-ish if there is a good deal) budget that I would like to spend on getting more into astrophotography, right now I have a Celestron Powerseeker 114 AZ and a Cannon Rebel Xti 400D for my imaging camera. As far as accessories go I have a H20mm, SR4mm, and a 12mm plossel lens. I also have a prime focus adapter and an eyepiece projection adapter, all 1.25"

As far as what I am looking for I want to be able to capture some DSO's. I might want to touch upon Jupiter or Saturn once or twice in the future, but I'd be able to live without them.

The two things I was considering the most were getting a CG-4 mount with a motor drive and polar scope and fitting my current scope on there with a dovetail O-Ring bracket. Or I can ditch the scope altogether and get the iOptron SkyTracker package solely for my DSLR. Personally I am leaning heavily towards the CG-4 as I can use what I already have and it is more versatile for the future.

Do you guys reccomend either of my current ideas, or is there something else that I should do?
