I think the biggest issue here will be the 13700F's power draw. With our ambient temps, the i7 line up cannot be handled by a 240mm AIO when running at full load. Since you did specifically upgrade to the i7 for the multicore power, I can't expect much more from the PA120 SE which performs around a 240mm AIO's level. Perhaps the 13600KF would be better in that regard, unless you get a beefier 280mm or 360mm AIO. You could get 6400mhz ram with the 13600KF as well.
Also since you're on DDR5, assuming the AM5 BIOS bugs are resolved by november, have you considered the R9 7900 as an alternative? It's far more efficient than the i7 13700 line up, yet only performs slightly slower at a much lower power draw. This also means you don't have to spend as much on the cooler since it draws almost as much as the R5 7600. Comes with a stock cooler it can run on as well to show you how cool it is. The board and chip may cost slightly more, but if you consider the performance and cooler price reduction in comparison to the i7 13700s, it's a decent buy since it's a 12 core 24 thread processor with 12 actual P cores. also not to mention the much lower temps. Also the AM5 platform has upgradability to the next gen.
You probably have lots of time to think this over since price drops can happen between now and November. So I'm just suggesting some alternatives.
Next would be the storage device. a 2TB Corsair MP600 is only 300 pesos away. iirc it has DRAM and is TLC Nand Flash which makes it much than the QLC P3 Plus.
My only problem with the Antec NX410 is the fans. They're the weirdest setup I've seen. It's a molex + 3 pin ARGB. So the only thing you control is the RGB. I think the tecware flatline or nexus air TG is a decent alternative. Then get a 3 pack of 140 or 120mm PWM with better performance for around 1k and slap it on the case for more fan airflow. Almost same price, much better fans.
