Do you think this thing can continuously run water up a PVC pipe about 3 feet?

All the other designs I read online regarding the same concept uses a 12 VDC bilge pump and a 15 W++ solar panel.. This device is going to be used at burning man so amoutn of sun light wont' be an issue but I have to consider that gunk is going to be going through the pump as well.

Hopefully this pump will do the job if not then I might have to get a 15 W panel with a bilge pump.
