No, this is great info. Thanks! I hadn't looked at the Amcrest line of cameras, but the one you mentioned does get pretty good reviews. I will definitely keep this in mind. Right now I have abandonded the two cameras I linked in my post (mostly based on reading further reviews on them) and am looking at the Arlo-Q. The Arlo-Q looks nice and gets okay reviews, but man is it pricey. And user control is more limited, which I do not like. I like being able to configure for local backups and network managing etc if I want to.
