for my hp elitebook i swap out the wifi card for this one Link that i bough on amazon
I bought this, no problems for 2 months so far. Remember, Intel sells this to 3rd parties who in turn sell to you (or to an OEM). Go ahead and buy anything with decent reviews and the same part number.
IPA = Isopropyl alcohol. It's a solvent that's very good for cleaning off various adhesives and such in electronics. You can get it from any general pharmacy.
Any modern M.2 laptop wifi card should be compatible (the Neo is basically a small gaming laptop packed into a handheld form factor). This is the one I used: https://www.amazon.com/OKN-Module-2400Mbps-Support-Windows10/dp/B07SH6GV5S/
You don't have to be super technically knowledgeable to do this. If you've replaced the wifi card inside a laptop before, you have the skills for it. Just be patient and don't force things. (As the other commenter notes, you really want to be gentle on those antenna connectors).
