Based on the description, it sounds identical to this other cable that I use on my VIC-20.

When this cable is plugged into a Commodore 8-bit machine, the yellow RCA is composite video, and the black is audio out. (white is luma/sync, and red depends on exactly which machine, as Commodore kept changing their mind about what pin-5 was supposed to do.)

Here is how the DIN pins are connected to the 4 RCA plugs:

  • 1 -> white tip
  • 2 -> ring of all 4 RCA plugs
  • 3 -> black tip
  • 4 -> yellow tip
  • 5 -> red tip

Note that this is the DIN pin numbering scheme, which actually goes 1, 4, 2, 5, 3 when looking at the plug with the pins forming a "U" shape. The Amazon descriptions just use a clockwise numbering, which makes things a bit confusing if you try to compare to the Commodore video jack pinout.
